Â鶹´«Ã½'s department of Facilities Management is replacing its 20-year old Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with a new Integrated Work Management System (IWMS). The currentÌý system, FAMIS, will be discontinued shortly.Ìý Â鶹´«Ã½ issued a Request for Proposals (RFP 2022-050) in August 2022.Ìý Project updates are listed below.
