The VP Research & Innovation is pleased to announce a call for applications to the Global Research Seed Fund (GRSF). The GRSF is intended to support the development of international research initiatives between Â鶹´«Ã½ researchers and their global partners. The fund provides up to $5,000 per project for emerging international collaborations that require start-up support to develop research ties. Up to $50,000 is available for the 2024 GRSF competition.

The deadline for applications is Friday November 22, 2024. Researchers are to submit their applications via the ROMEO researcher portal, allowing sufficient time for routing through Departmental and Faculty level approvals prior to the November 22 deadline. After the submission deadline has passed, the OVPRI will contact Deans and ask them to rank the submissions received from their faculty.
