On Tuesday, November 20th at 7PM at the Perennia Innovation Park (Rm. 214 Administration Bldg – formerly AgriTECH Park), Dr. E. Ann Clark, University of Guekph, ho is currently custom-grazing in Ontario, will share the science and practice of grass-finishing beef on pasture.
