Department:Ìý Plant, Food, and Environmental Sciences
Pay Rate:Ìý In accordance with the CUPE collective agreement
Work Assignment:ÌýÌý This Part-time Academic will teach Lecture/Thesis for RESM4015 Honours Thesis II (A) for the period of September-December 2019.Ìý The class is currently scheduled for Wednesdays from 14.35pm to 16.25pm.Ìý The Part-time Academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, mentoring, advising, assignments and evaluation.Ìý The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
At least one year experience in teaching in a postsecondary educational institution. Excellent oral, written communication skills, Collegiality and interpersonal skills. Agriculture-Related PhD with exceptional interest in training and mentoring honours students and experience in research methods.
