How does it work?聽
Colleagues who are interested in joining the virtual book club will have access to a Microsoft Teams group where they can maintain an ongoing open communication in the format of a discussion board. On weekly basis, the group will meet in a pre-defined date, time and a duration which they will agree on. Each meeting will be moderated by one person who volunteers to lead the next meeting. That鈥檚 All!
The book we are choosing is 鈥�What Got You Here, Won鈥檛 Get You There: How Successful People Become Even More Successful鈥� by Marshal Goldsmith. This book is available on our online learning platform, Percipio, in an e-book format and audio book format in which you will have the option to chose which you are more comfortable with.
