Biography

Dr. Elassy is a seasoned Cardiac surgeon with 28 years of experience in various areas of the healthcare field around the globe. He has a proven track record in clinical practice, healthcare management, and academia and has published extensively on cardiac surgery. Dr. Elassy's background enables him to engage the healthcare field with a multifaceted view and forge his teaching philosophy around an analytical and holistic approach to healthcare administration. His interests include authentic leadership, strategic management, and motivation.
