The Master of Management (MM) is a new, one-year graduate program designed for students from any academic background who want to develop leadership, business, and management skills to drive their career growth. Whether you’re a recent graduate, an international student, or both, the MM equips you with the skills modern organizations are looking for, without requiring a business background or GMAT.

Program Structure

The MM follows a structured, competency-based approach, with each semester focusing on key management skills. Each semester is enriched by career development workshops, networking opportunities, and resume-building experiences to support students' transition into the workforce.

Program Delivery

The MM is built to support student success through dedicated advising, inclusive teaching, and faculty who continuously refine their expertise to stay ahead of evolving industry needs.

Student Support & Advising:

  • MM students will have access to Graduate Student Services (GSS) for academic advising and university services.
  • A Program Director and Program Manager oversees program operations to ensure students receive the support they need.

Admissions & Scholarships

The MM program is designed to be accessible and inclusive, with a streamlined admissions process that welcomes students from all academic backgrounds.

Admissions Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • A 3.0 GPA or higher
  • A short statement of interest
  • No GMAT required
  • No admission interview required
  • Scholarships & Financial Support 

The Faculty of Management has dedicated funding through the Promise Scholars Program, which provides financial and career support for Black and Indigenous students.

  • $20,000 in annual Promise Scholars funding for the first 10 years of the MM program
  • Four $5,000 scholarships available per year
  • Academic and career support, including job placement assistance and mentorship opportunities
