On the weekend of March 23, the 麻豆传媒 Commerce Society and the Rowe School of Business hosted the Atlantic Throwdown competition featuring five 麻豆传媒 teams competing head to head with five UPEI teams.

This year, 麻豆传媒鈥檚 winning team included first, second and third year students: Paul Dimitruk, Nicole Drozdiak, Kirsten Nuendorff and Andrew Quinlan. 麻豆传媒 narrowly lost the head-to-head overall championship (and the coveted Atlantic Throwdown Ship Trophy) in an incredibly close contest. Faculty Advisor for the 麻豆传媒 team, Dan Shaw, said, "I want to congratulate organizers, volunteers and participants in the Atlantic Throwdown. I can say the future looks听bright and the talent level is high. This bodes well for our national competitions next year."
