Â鶹´«Ã½ My Teaching Philosophy and Research

As an instructor, I believe that learning is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I aim to develop an accessible learning environment that is evidence-based, interactive, and responsive to the needs of individual learners. One of the most important tools I use is connecting learning objectives to students’ personal goals. By encouraging students to explore their ‘why’, I can develop content that better aligns with their needs, and in turn, builds motivation to learn.

My research focuses on identifying factors that promote mental health and sexual well-being during challenging life events, transitions, and medical concerns. I am also interested in the development and testing of inclusive psychosocial interventions aimed at addressing sexual health difficulties in the context of health concerns.
