麻豆传媒鈥檚 May Convocation ceremonies are a time to celebrate the accomplishments of our students and, through the awarding of honorary degrees, acknowledge extraordinary individuals who鈥檝e demonstrated service to society, made significant contributions to their field or have made significant contributions to the university.

Today, Canada鈥檚 Top 100 Employers Project named 麻豆传媒 as one of Canada鈥檚 Greenest Employers for 2016; a title bestowed upon only six universities and 65 employers across the country.

麻豆传媒鈥檚 Board of Governors voted Tuesday to approve changes to student tuition and fees for 2016-17 as recommended in late March by the university鈥檚 Budget Advisory Committee (BAC).

麻豆传媒 is honoured to join the Canada Council for the Arts in celebrating Dr. Axel Becke, professor emeritus in the Faculty of Science, for his pioneering achievements in the field of computational science.

Recently, 麻豆传媒's Personality Research Team, led by Dr. Simon Sherry, published two studies on narcissistic perfectionism, providing the first empirical evidence on the topic.

Adam Cheeseman, a second-year Environmental Studies master鈥檚 student at 麻豆传媒 has been named by the Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), as one of 25 finalists in this year鈥檚 storytelling competition.
