Dr. Rachel Chang, Canada Research Chair in Atmospheric Science at Dal explains why the inside of your car windows frost over at night and why other parts of your vehicle's interior do not. Chang says 鈥渢he best way to put it, is air at any given time can hold a certain amount of water vapour 鈥 the warmer the air , the more water vapour it can hold.鈥
