Payroll Accounting Officer
Maternity Leave Replacement

Duties
Primary responsibility will be processing the university’s payroll on a monthly basis and maintaining current employee files, keeping informed of University and Government policies, benefits and procedures.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification with 3-5 years related work experience.  Applicants should have proficient computer skills in Accpac 6.0A, Microsoft Excel and Word.  A background in accounting would be considered an asset. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.

Salary & Benefits
This position is a full time Maternity Leave Replacement from April’13 – May’14.  Salary will be established at $38,000. Benefits include medical and dental plans.
