WORK ASSIGNMENT:ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Ìý
The part-time academic will be a member of the Â鶹´«Ã½
Chemistry first-year teaching team, and will be responsible for
assisting with all aspects of the Concepts in Chemistry teaching
program. Major duties of the position include holding tutorials,
meeting with students, laboratory instruction, preparing and
grading assignments, tests and exams.Ìý This position takes
direction from the Chemistry Department’s first-year coordinator and reports to the Chair of the Department.

A minimum MSc in Chemistry (or equivalent) is required, as well as
demonstrated experience teaching university-level chemistry.
