WHAT WE PROVIDE
We offer several scholarships to highly qualified and motivated students in ocean sciences or related fields, to study in Kiel, Germany or in Halifax, Canada, for 4-6 months. Successful candidates will receive scholarships of up to $7,000, based on the student’s travel, research and accommodation needs.

WHO WE SELECT
Students with:
-A minimum GPA of 3.7
-Research that aligns with TOSST’s transatlantic themes of ecosystem hotspots; seafloor structures; or ocean dynamics
HOW TO APPLY

-1 letter of recommendation from an academic referee
-Unofficial transcripts
-Resume or Curriculum Vitae

Please indicate in your application email which project you are interested in. This is an open-call until positions are filled.
Once all applications have been received, the undergraduate committee will review each application in detail, and will contact selected individuals for an interview.
