Pedestrian traffic will be disrupted for a few days with a partial sidewalk closure on University Avenue in front of the Collaborative Health Education Building (CHEB) construction site at the corner of Summer Street. Excavation work to install the storm and sanitation lines for the new CHEB facility is starting today, January 15th, at 7:00 AM and is expected to continue until the end of next week.

This work will require closure of a portion of sidewalk on University Avenue from the intersection at Summer Street, heading West approximately 40 ft. This section of sidewalk will reopen on Monday, however, further sidewalk closure will take place on Summer Street in the coming weeks. Appropriate barriers and signage will be in place.
