Claims dated between July 1, 2014 and June 30, 2015 which you wish to apply to your health spending account must be submitted to Medavie Blue Cross by September 30, 2015.

Please note if you have an amount remaining from the 2013-2014 claim year, it will be forfeited.

Any amount you have not used from the 2014-2015 period will be carried forward and available for use in the July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016 period.
