POSITION: Student position, assisting in the overall operations of the College of Sustainability, acting as first point of contact.
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: College of Sustainability, 1401 Mona Campbell
PAY RATE: Â 20.00 per hour, 15-20 per week
WORK ASSIGNMENT: To act as the first point of contact at the front desk at the College of Sustainability.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Assist in the general operations of running of the College, work on special projects. Answer general questions about the program, and department. Give direction to students, staff, faculty, and guests with inquiries.
Fill in for the Operations Coordinator full days on Tuesdays and Fridays, with part time hours Wednesday and Thursday’s. Assist Administrator on special projects. Assist with organizing online files housed on Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s OneDrive, as well as possibility of making minor updates on the College website and Blog.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Successful applicants must be a current student of Â鶹´«Ã½ and must have knowledge of the ESS program. Preference will be given to ESS students. Must be reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic, proficient at writing in the English language, and comfortable with Microsoft suite of products. Must have availability during regular business hours, Monday-Friday – 8:30-4:30.
