This three-hour workshop for managers and supervisors delivers the latest self-care science and provides an integrated and comprehensive approach, covering topics such as:
• Clarifying values and life purpose
• Identifying and overcoming barriers to making lifestyle changes
• Understanding and building resilience at work
• Clarifying the importance of positive intelligence
• Using the tools of the Integrated Self-Care Model including movement, nutrition, relaxation and recovery, and building positive rituals

The Facilitator: The workshop will be led by Sean Hennessey, a Â鶹´«Ã½ PhD student, certified life coach and certified athletic coach who has spent 32 years leading corporate change. Sean’s research interests are in health and wellness, self-care, resilience, leadership and behaviour change, both inside and outside the workplace.The workshop will focus on how your self-leadership choices can help you to thrive in both work and life.
