Instructor, Chemical Engineering
The Department of Process Engineering and Applied Science is seeking an outstanding individual for an Instructor in the Chemical Engineering program. This will be a probationary appointment.
The recruited individual will be responsible for undergraduate teaching of multiple lab and tutorial sections in second, third and fourth year courses as assigned by the Head, as well as second year discipline specific courses during the summer term.
Applicants must have an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and hold either a Masters or Doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering (or a closely related subject) and have a passion for teaching undergraduate university-level courses in these disciplines. Candidates must be registered, or eligible for registration, with Engineers Nova Scotia - Association of Professional Engineers Nova Scotia (APENS).
