Do you have headaches or migraines?
Are you 14 - 21 years old?
Do you have a smartphone?
Researchers at the IWK are testing two myWHI programs designed to help you better understand and cope with your headaches or migraines. These self-help resources are online and mobile-friendly.
You can take part in this research study from anywhere in the world, when you want, at home or on the go. Participants will be compensated for their time and effort in the study.
