Respect and Inclusion is one of . It is described as 鈥減romoting respect and inclusion by working successfully with a wide variety of people and encouraging participation and involvement鈥. Each competency defines specific behaviours at the individual level, team level and organizational level.

Often biases are unconscious. We could unknowingly have any one of these biases:
Gender bias, Age bias, Cultural bias, Language bias or a specific Cognitive bias which are tendencies to think in certain ways that can influence how we make decisions.
