POSITION: Sessional Instructor - PUAD 5130 (Managerial Economics)

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: School of Public Administration

PAY RATE: As per the CUPE collective agreement

WORK ASSIGNMENT:

The Sessional Instructor will be responsible for a half credit course in the area of Managerial Economics (PUAD 5130) offered to students in the first year of the Masters of Public Administration program. The Instructor will be responsible for all aspects of the teaching and administration of the class and be available for two hours per week outside class times for student consultations. There may be additional course-related administration following the end of the course. The candidate reports to the Director of the School.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
Preference will be given to applicants with a PhD or PhD candidates or Senior public servant in the Public Sector with at least a relevant Masters Degree and with experience teaching Economics at the graduate or upper undergraduate level. Recent relevant public servant experience is an asset.
