Changes to the Accommodated Exam Process

The Student Accessibility Centre is piloting a new process during the spring and summer terms. Instead of using our triplicate, paper-based forms, students will now submit Exam Service Requests online. This change will reduce our reliance on paper, reduce the number of signatures required from professors, and help streamline the accommodated test/exam booking process resulting in greater efficiencies for students, staff and faculty. Professors will also submit all test and exam information online. Links to the student and faculty forms will be included in the notifications. Paper forms will remain available until the end of August with full implementation scheduled for September 4th, 2018.
