Tuesday ~听 roasted cauliflower听 soup finished with a crumble of blue cheese听听~听 vegetarian moussaka ~ roasted eggplants, zucchini, lentils, tomatoes听with a rich bechamel sauce
Wednesday ~听听 beef barley听 soup听~听 coconut shrimp with curried lime dip and rice
