PAY RATE:聽 $5,028.50 to $6,149.50 (pro-rated at 50%)
WORK ASSIGNMENT:聽 The sessional instructor is responsible for approximately 1/3 of the lectures; assisting students on an individual basis; general administration of the class (handling student issues, supervising TAs, submitting grades, etc.); invigilating tests and examinations.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:聽 Qualifications include a graduate degree in biology with a specialization in genetics and molecular biology; demonstrated ability to lecture to over 150 undergraduate students.聽 First-time applicants to the Department of Biology must provide the names of two references.
