JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for a dependable person to assist with the following duties:

1.ÌýÌýÌýÌý SUST Community Meals

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Require availability on dates: Feb.13^th, Mar.20^th, Apr.3^rd, 2019 (approx.6-9 hours on these dates)

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Must have experience working with food prep, and Food Hygiene (Handling) course

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Take responsibility for preparation (including shopping), organization, and clean-upÌýof events

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Coordinate with Engagement Coordinator over menu and required suppliesÌýa week in advance

2.ÌýÌýÌýÌý Set-up assistance for RBC-SLC modules

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Mar.13^th and Mar.22^nd, 2019 – approx. timings 3:30-7:00pm

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Assist with the set-up of classroom for weekend module

3.ÌýÌýÌýÌý Study & Shop at the Tare Shop

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Feb 22^nd, Mar.22^nd, Apr.5^th, 2019, timings 9am-12pm

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Go to Tare Shop to greet and interact with ESS students

4.ÌýÌýÌýÌý Reading Week – Feb.19-22, 2019

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Coordinate, and oversee all scheduled events for this week

5.ÌýÌýÌýÌý Other duties and events as they come up
