POSITION: TA45—Teaching Assistant Position 45 hours for CMSD
5050: Fundamentals of Speech Science (Fall Term 2019 - September to December 2019)

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: School of Communication Sciences and Disorders

PAY RATE: In accordance with Agreement between Â鶹´«Ã½ and Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) - TA45 $1,098

WORK ASSIGNMENT:

• Tutorial lecture on logarithms
• Respiratory, Laryngeal, and Supralaryngeal Anatomy laboratories
• Demonstrating laboratory assignments
• Marking lab reports and exams
• Student support
• The Teaching Assistant will report to the Professor of Record for this course, Dr. Michael Kiefte

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

• 2^nd Year Student in SCSD, in good standing
• Excellent writing/communication skills
• Thorough understanding of speech acoustics from CMSD 5050
