While the university's athletic facilities continue to remain closed due to the ongoing Novel
Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the team from the Department of Athletics & Recreation wanted to encourage you to continue to move more at home, while practicing social distancing...so we've made it easy and !

We'll be regularly addingthat you can do with
minimal or no equipment, from the comfort and safety of your own home.
