The Canadian Immunization Research Network (CIRN) is looking for participants for this year's annual flu vaccine safety survey. The study is being conducted across Canada and will collect information about any health problems that occur after vaccination to better understand the safety o​f the flu shot. To participate, register at using your email address and complete the short 5-minute survey sent to you. Answers are completely confidential.
