We are recruiting participants who have experienced聽using smart home devices such as smart light, Google Home, Amazon Alexa Echo, smart garage door opener, smart TV, smart kitchen appliances聽(excluding smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and activity trackers)聽for at least 3 months.聽We are looking for participants who are part of the wider 麻豆传媒 community, including students, staff/faculty, and friends.

The study aims to evaluate how the users are making the decision to buy a smart聽home device. You will have a virtual meeting over Zoom application with a researcher to go over the study details, give consent to聽do the study, and fill in a background questionnaire. Then, you will complete sets聽of tasks by looking at a few pictures and answering questions. The session will聽end with a brief interview.

The study will take about 90 minutes to complete. Compensation is $20 for participation in the study.
