Faculty of Computer Science
The Faculty of Computer Science is seeking a candidate for a 3-year limited term instructor position to begin on September 1, 2023. This position will require the candidate to have a physical presence at Â鶹´«Ã½.
The position will primarily involve (i) teaching ofÌýCSCIÌý4101,ÌýCSCIÌý5001, and other courses offered by the Faculty of Computer; (ii) serving as an Academic Integrity Officer within the Faculty of Computer Science; and (iii) participating in other Faculty administration.
The successful candidate for this position must meet the following requirements:
- at least a master’s level degree in the field related to privacy or more than 10 years of industry experience in the development, interpretation and application of privacy policies and legislation;
- experience in teaching courses at a university or enterprise in the area of privacy relating to IT;
- have a well-defined area of interest in privacy in which they will remain current and be able to teach senior level and graduate courses.
