We are conducting an empirical study of judicial settlement conferences in聽Nova Scotia. If you have been involved in personal injury litigation and took part in a judicial settlement conference in the last five years, your perspective would be extremely valuable to our study, and the improvement of our justice system.

We would love to conduct a one-hour online interview with you to hear your JSC story. We are able to provide a small honorarium upon confirmation of your identity to thank you for your participation.
