To realize our vision of empowering youth through educational experiences in STEM and ensure our programs continue to meet the evolving needs of our communities, over the last year we engaged with SuperNOVA participants, educators, and community leaders through online and in-person surveys and direct engagements.
This collaborative approach helped us define four key strategic priorities that will guide our work moving forward: Partnerships, Educational Excellence, Internal Efficacy, and Identity & Communications.
We’re excited to share our , which will strengthen our commitment and expand STEM opportunities for youth across Atlantic Canada.
Thank you to everyone who contributed, collaborated, gave us feedback, filled out a survey, and met with us to help inform our decision making process, and for your continued support as we work together to make STEM education accessible, inspiring, and impactful.
