Minimum admission requirements
To be considered for admission to this program, you must meet minimum academic criteria:
- Completion of secondary school (Grade 12)
- Achievement of the minimum average for your program of choice.
- Completion of Grade 12 English (or equivalent course).
Admission to many Â鶹´«Ã½ programs is competitive. This means that meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.

- One additional academic subject

Program options
You’ll have the option of either a co-op program (five years) or a non-co-op program (four years). Choosing the co-op program will give you paid work experience in various roles and organizations.
Our strong relationships with government and industry in Nova Scotia, the Atlantic Region, and Canada will give you opportunities for hands-on, real-world learning in our co-op program, all while earning a paycheque. Co-op terms start in your 3rd year and typically last for 4 months.
