How do I enroll in the pension plan?

How do I designate a pension beneficiary?

You may add or update your beneficiaries in the pension plan at anytime by completing a . Please provide an original copy of the beneficiary form with a pen signature. You can mail the form to Retirement Services or drop it off at People and Culture, Room 150, Henry Hicks Academic Administration Building.
