Research collaboration agreements听are used to formalize industry-sponsored research partnerships. Generally in these cases companies are seeking a research and development (R&D) partnership to establish competitive advantages in the marketplace (e.g., solving a specific problem in response to an industry need for fundamental research, and/or testing and further development of a technology).听

* An听OCIE Manager will assist in navigating the process map below.

Note for Researchers:听OCIE will assist you in preparing your听Statement of Work, Deliverables and Budget Proposal (including applicable听overhead).
