The Ìýis a 16-month, non-credit program designedÌýto develop your leadership skills and provide you with hands-on experience in high-demand Canadian industries.
You'll complete foundational courses in leadership and human resource management. Then, you'll start one of the specialization courses of your choice inÌýAgricultural & Farming Operations Management,ÌýConstruction Site ManagementÌýor Sustainable Energy Technology Management.

- Canadian workplace training
- One-on-one career counselling
- Job search support led by the ISANS team
- A four-month work term in your field of study
